*Hyun-ae's Help Desk (IC Inbox)
[Integrated into the interface of the COMP is *Hyun-ae's contact button: simply pressing it immediately deploys the COMP glasses and causes her to appear before you, image initially fluttering in and out of existence for a bit before she can properly display. The whole process is soundless: a somewhat generic greeting automatically appears in a text box beside her.
If you choose to actually converse with *Hyun-ae rather than just ask her to pass a message to someone else, this is the place to post!]

[guess who just put super security on this conversation? *Hyun-ae, that's who.]
[That initial message sends, but there's an accompanying moment of lag that prevents Nick from closing out of the conversation. What *Hyun-ae says next is locked.]
Our earlier conversation put aside, I do like theories about less serious things. I've been trying to keep track of our recent book sales - can you believe that series everyone's been talking about has been estimated at somewhere over 150 or 160 million copies sold? The number really took me by surprise when I counted it all up.

Do you have access to the names or aliases used by the citizens who participated in the Grand Prix a few months ago? Preferably in the order they placed, if you can.

...I would also like to warn you that it's a very long list.

Hey, *Hyun-ae! I was wondering if you have library access in your databases? I'm trying to look up the text of a poem and find who wrote it.
no subject
I do! It would honestly be rather sad if I didn't - it would put my nice librarian look to waste, right?
Give me the text and I'll get to work.

Session Log: 03.17.XXXX - 14:13:54
How many days was he out like a light? A few it seemed. After collapsing unconscious half a week ago during his entry to Hinoto-Ri it took a while for the city to get his Reploid body — a synthesis of robot parts and human appearance — repaired and he was still feeling it. They were kind enough to give him his things back despite being difficult to find, and saw fit to issue him even more generosities in the form of an arrival kit and a small apartment in the Pisces Ward.
Their only request? To help them fight off the unwanted guests of the 13th Hour. Sounds familiar, doesn't it? Even so, while he felt he had to at least try and return the favor, he wasn't willing to work without a clue either.
Conveniently, he was told by the issuer to use a special button on his COMP equipment if he needed any information. Now was a good time as any, and so he pushed it. The glass visor extended from the sides of his helmet with a sheen, and he greeted the AI who would appear before him with a marked lack of greeting.]
I was told to contact you if I needed something.
[Problem is, Zero didn't know where to start, and hesitation followed. He was like a fish out of water, away from his world, away from Neo Arcadia's reach, away from the Resistance and Ciel.]
now that music is stuck in my head; a happy fate
Ask and ye shall recieve! What is it that you need help with, exactly?
a lot of the music in the series is catchy, yes
sorry for the wait!
No problem!

Hey. Uh... I was wondering if you could pull up some information for me. I still don't... understand this Persona thing, and I was wondering what information you had on it.
no subject
A Persona is a metaphysical creation born from someone's soul - it's supposedly representative of various aspects of their personality, their history... though the only person who can really judge how their Persona reflects themselves, I think, is that person. They slowly strengthen with repeated use, sort of like building up a muscle, and if someone goes through significant enough mental growth, their Persona may become an outdated representative and have to change to match them.
They come in two main types - either primarily combat or support oriented, with both showing certain trends in the powers they call upon. Despite the many differences between people, isn't it odd that both of them would instinctually call the incantation for fire "Agi?"
...Well, there's much more than I could say than just that, but any questions or comments so far?

The local standards for business attire lean heavily toward the conservative... any loud or bright colors just aren't acceptable, and flashy things have a historically - well, before this past decade, at least - poor reputation. My best advice is to look as carefully and deliberately composed as possible. Make sure it fits well. The colors I would recommend are navy blue and black. Flat-heeled shoes are a better choice over high heels, and jewelry should be kept tasteful and minimalist. Anyway, if you know the position you're aiming for, tell me and I can find some reference images - I have one or two handy already, at least.
[User *Hyun-ae sends files attire1.jpg and attire2.jpg
..She waits until Cloche has saved the files before speaking up again.]
...Ugh, but it feels so soulless and impersonal to describe an outfit like that! It's what would work, still... You said that you download costumes, right? What's the kind of style you like?
Do you cospl--I'm very curious.1/2

*So, eyes on the watch's holodisplay, he presses that little contact button... with the glasses still sitting in his little pouch, tucked into his sash. Have fun with that?*

...Anyone out there? Can you see this? I'm detecting a video feed, but... I'm not actually getting any visual input! If you've broken your COMP camera, then I can provide you with tech support.
...
Hello?
...
It's not very funny to call me up then ignore me.
[The contact button on the watch flashes blue after being pressed, as if there's now unread messages.]

1) Who administers the Visitor network?
2) is it distinct from the general city network?
3) if so, who administers the general network?
4) is there a way to store information recorded via COMP offline for archival purposes?
5) what type of security is used to protect "private" or "filtered" data, or "anonymous" entries?
Thank you for your time.

Hello, dear. Let's not waste too much time, shall we? Please give me whatever information you have on these buildings - I don't have names for most of them, unfortunately, so I've had to make do with pictures and drawings. Tell me if it's not enough.
[ aaaand he has drawings and pictures of the various buildings displayed here - he's gotten as many pictures of the buildings he could recognize, and the rest are detailed copies of the original images. he doesn't have a copy of the 104 building because he knows a heck of a lot about that one already. ]

My word, you've done your homework! This is practically a guided tour of some of the most iconic foreign establishments that have come to Hinoto-ri. Been going sight-seeing...? Ah, my apologies. I'm getting off topic.
I have dossiers on most of these places pre-made. Let me just minimize, and pull them up...
[*Hyun-ae, as promised, minimizes her image to take up more of a small corner rather than most of the display - it leaves room for the many little blocks of info that start popping up.
There's the clock tower, the Knight Academy, Palutena's temple (or, more specifically, her statue inside it), Junes, the Lunar Sanctum, and the Amala Drums.]

Did she just reach someone's inbox?...]
Uh. Right, hi, name's Haseo, I'm pretty sure someone screwed with my COMP and added a "function" that lead to your inbox. If I find out who it is, I'm kicking their ass.
[Deadpan thumbs up before she starts fiddling with the COMP to try and end this before it goes on too long.]
no subject
Hold on...! Actually, I'm the one who added that button!
[She's quick to recognize Haseo from the list that she, herself, had compiled of people who had disappeared from Hinoto-ri. Following that, it makes explaining a little easier...]
I'd request you to wait before trying to kick me, though. I can explain.

private audio;
Could you run a search of the library for me? I'm looking for a few texts. [He hesitates; she's a help function, but he still doesn't want to sound pushy.]
Also, do you have any information on the history of the government in Hinoto-Ri readily available? I would really appreciate it.
