Hello, *Hyun-ae. I have some basic questions about the network. I'm sure I missed reading a manual somewhere, but I'd just like a few things cleared up.

1) Who administers the Visitor network?
2) is it distinct from the general city network?
3) if so, who administers the general network?
4) is there a way to store information recorded via COMP offline for archival purposes?
5) what type of security is used to protect "private" or "filtered" data, or "anonymous" entries?
