I was wondering when we would meet! Hello there, Brainstorm. My name is *Hyun-ae, and I was installed in the COMP network to keep an eye on things, partially as a response to the troubling events that went on directly leading and up to your absence.

...My presence was in the works for a good deal of time prior to that incident. You can ask some of your colleagues in the Seven about it yourself; Ciel, Ideo, and Reiko were among my contacts prior to my widespread activation. Ciel and I in particular discussed the idea at length.

If you doubt their judgment, then I would ask you take it up with them. I've been acting administrator of the network for a while now, and I don't see a need to explain myself when I've been doing the job just fine.
